Fords storm into playoffs: The women’s basketball made history this week by making the playoffs for the first time. But it wasn’t enough for these Fords to just make the playoffs…the women crushed their first opponents Ursinus in the quarterfinals game Wednesday night with a final score of 55-41.
The crowd was cheering on their feet throughout the entire game, with the men’s basketball team leading in a series of chants to keep the energy building in the stands. “I believe that we will win, I believe that we will win…” and so do the women Ford’s who cemented their mark in school history. Watching from the stands as the whole crowd came together to witness this amazingly passionate game, there are no doubts that the women can go all the way this year.
