Name: Kevin Garcia

Year: 2014

House: Kirkland

Hometown: Los Angeles, California

Concentration: Psychology

Relationship status: In a relationship

Describe yourself in three words: Passionate. Suave. Winsome.

How would you define your personal style? Casual Comfort

What is your best physical trait? Eyes

What are you involved with on campus? I am the Harvard Yearbook Special Events Photography Editor, an HSA Tutor, Kirkland House Committee Co-Chair, a proud brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, a Research Assistant for Schacter Lab, and a Kirkland Drama Society actor.

What is your favorite Harvard memory? Harvard has treated me pretty well . . . But if I had to pick one memory in particular, it would have to be Housing Day freshman year. I was with my entire blocking group in the common room waiting to find out where we would live. Everyone was going crazy with impatience and then we got a call saying our linkmates were in Winthrop. Soon after, Kirkland knocked on our door and suddenly, we were part of the best house on campus!!! GO KIRKLAND!!!

What do you look for in a significant other? I look for a girl who can makes me feel balanced and complete. I want someone who can handle my crazy and wild life. A girl who makes my heart melt with a smile. I want someone who I can motivate to achieve everything she wants in life and who would do the same for me. Plus, I'm a sucker for a cute brunette.

If you could be a superhero, who would you be and why? I would be Superman. Think about it: You host a party and the drinks are getting warm . . . ice breath. You are running late for a meeting . . . Fly there. You need to cut something and you don't have scissors . . . laser beams from your eyes. You happen to be on Deal or No Deal . . . X-ray vision.

What would be your ideal date?  *Disclaimer: No two girls are the same, so I am catering my date specifically to my girlfriend. My ideal date would start by going to an art museum and taking pictures of ourselves recreating many of the paintings and sculptures (a clothed version of Rodin's "The Kiss" would definitely be a bonus). Afterwards, we would go to dinner and head home, where I’ve already cleverly stored art supplies and some canvas frames. Then, we each could paint something special for each other.
