Hello, Colonials!
My name is Miriam Smallman, and I will be the Campus Correspondent for HC GWU during the 2015-2016 school year. I am a rising senior in the School of Media and Public Affairs, majoring in Journalism. I also have a taste for foreign policy and travel; I spent a semester abroad in Tel Aviv, Israel, and am currently interning for the summer (well, winter) in Melbourne, Australia!
For those of you who have been involved with HC GWU previously, I look forward to another great year. For incoming students and/or those just joining us, welcome! Getting involved with HC GWU is a great opportunity to write about topics that interest you, as college-aged women, and we aim to be a resource all the women (as well as men!) of George Washington University can turn to for timely, topical, and interesting content.
