While strolling through the aisles of Sephora over winter break, my sister, her best friend and I discovered a face mask with a terrifying image that looked like a sleeping baby on the front…so, of course we had to try it!

This particular mask set we got contained an ampoule pack to “nourish skin” and two rubber pieces to fit on the face. First, you’re supposed to open the ampoule package and rub the liquid all over your face, then cover it with the mask and leave it on for anywhere from 15-40 minutes.

We decided to leave the masks on for the full 40 minutes because that’s what the package recommended for “maximum hydration.”

Here are our reviews:

Emily (pictured in the pink mask), tried the firming mask. She stated that,

“It was slightly uncomfortable, but very hydrating. My skin feels more firm and my pores feel nice.”

Amelia (pictured in the yellow mask) tried the brightening mask. She said that,

“This (mask) isn’t for people who don’t like keeping face masks on for a long period of time. However, my skin does feel more hydrated and bright. I would use this mask again.”

I tried the skin clearing mask (I’m pictured in the gray mask):

My face felt sticky when I first took the mask off, but that went away after a while. I felt that the directions could have been much more clear but we ended up figuring it out. Immediately after removing the mask, I could tell my skin was more hydrated and less oily. As far as the skin clearing aspect, the next morning my skin did look better but I’m not sure if I can credit that to the mask because I use multiple other products each day for my acne. Overall, I liked this mask and I think I would try it again.
