After a long day of studying, sitting in traffic, or interning, you may feel like treating yourself. If you’re working hard at the gym and watching what you’re eating, indulging can be a daunting task. But depriving yourself of sweets is criminal. You can finally enjoy that sweet ending to your meal, without the guilt, with these 5 desserts at 100 calories or less!  

Chocolate-Banana Grahams (Directions Here)

If you’re looking for a lighter dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, opt for the delicious Chocolate-Banana Grahams. A graham cracker topped with Nutella, banana, and coconut, that is only 100 calories, sounds heavenly!

Ingredients:

  • 1 square graham cracker, broken into 2 rectangles
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread, divided
  • 2 slices banana, about 2 inches long
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweetened shredded coconut, toasted if desired, divided

Cocoa Truffles (Directions Here)

Chocolate lovers will fall head over heels for these decadent truffles. At 70-calories per truffle, the richness of the ingredients will quench your cravings.
