The Panic for a Spring Break-Ready Bod

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at FSU chapter.

You begin planning in January to work out for a solid three months to get your beach bod ready. New Year, new me!

You make a detailed schedule with dates of training classes and a five person list of work out buddies.

You feel overwhelmingly guilty when something comes up, making you miss one day.

That feeling when your friends begin to flake on you.

After a solid workout session and you don’t see immediate results.

The temptation for greasy food begins to weaken your regime.

You allow yourself one (a week, realistically) cheat day and see you gained weight.

You turn to a divine power and pray to get a six pack in one month.

When you accept that you won’t be losing all of your goal weight in time.

You decide, screw it because you’re perfect just the way you are.
