School & Year: GSB’17

Major: Marketing

1) What’s your favorite thing about Fordham? My favorite thing about Fordham is its location in New York City. As students, we get to experience the thousands of events that take place in the city each and every day.

2) Campus Involvement: I’m a manager for the women’s basketball team. I started freshman year and it has been one of my favorite experiences at Fordham. Coach Stephanie Gaitley has built an amazing program that’s found the perfect balance of hard work and fun. Everyone on the team is great and the opportunities that I’ve gotten through this job have been amazing. Make sure to come to a game this year! (Kevin also recently made a video for the Fordham Football team. Check it out!)

3) Favorite college memory: One time freshman year, I got a random email about a roller derby match and I thought it’d be funny to check it out with my friends. But I wasn’t willing to pay $20 for tickets just to see what a roller derby match was like. So I may or may not have impersonated the press to get free tickets. The match was fun and we got to “interview” some of the players afterward. However, the person I was in contact with later asked me to send the article that I wrote about the match. My friends and I were left with no choice but to write up a fake article and send it to her. Worth it.

4) If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? New Zealand

5) It’s karaoke at Beer Hall and it’s your turn to sing. What song do you choose? Beethoven’s 6th Symphony

6) What’s on your Fordham Bucket List? To visit the West Chester campus and see if it exists.

7) What are your plans for after graduation? I’d be happy to have a job and live in NYC. Working for the NBA would be pretty awesome.
