As we near the end of another semester, homework starts piling up and upcoming exams begin to haunt us day and night. However, make sure you don’t let the semester slip by without enjoying some of this gorgeous weather and the world’s most exciting playground, NYC. Here are some must visit places to go before we sign off on another school year.
1. Botanical Gardens
If you haven’t checked out the Botanical Gardens since April, you have to. The Botanical Gardens are looking absolutely beautiful right now. Make sure you head over there for a walk, run, or even to do some homework.
2. Brunch Cruise
The sights on this brunch cruise around Manhattan are absolutely amazing and as the weather gets nicer, so does the idea of brunching on a boat. Did I mention a buffet, chocolate fountain, and bottomless mimosas?
3. Smorgasburg
With locations every Saturday and Sunday, Smorgasburg is the ideal place to spend a couple hours one weekend afternoon and also, to be completely stuffed for the entire week. With foods ranging from burritos to bite size cheesecakes, you will not be disappointed.
4. Walk the Brooklyn Bridge
Walking the Brooklyn Bridge on a sunny, Spring day will give you all the feels. The bridge is just a little over a mile and has some of the most amazing city views. For extra Instagram worthy moments, try this out at sunset.
5. Visit the High Line
The High Line is the perfect way to spend the day with friends. The entire path is almost one and a half miles long and has various locations to enter and exit the raised path. Be sure to check out all of the awesome surrounding restaurants and food trucks nearby.
6. Citipup
Need a way to destress? Head over to Citipup in Chelsea to be able to actually hang out and play with puppies for as long as you want… literally for as long as you want. Recently visited by Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin, Citipup is the place to go to relax and hold puppies for hours.
