High Tide

  • 1 oz rum

  • 1 oz coconut liquor

  • 1 oz Midori

  • 4 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz Blue Curacao

  • 2 Maraschino cherries

Combine rum, coconut liquor, and Midori. Pour the pineapple juice into the mixture. Add the ice and top everything with the Blue Curacao. Toss in some cherries and enjoy!

Creamy Sex on the Beach

  • ½ oz of vodka

  • ½ oz of coconut rum

  • ½ oz of peach schnapps

  • A shot of pineapple juice

  • A dash of grenadine

  • 1 oz of heavy cream

Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake. Pour over ice and enjoy.

Hawaiian Mimosa

The ingredients on this one are up to personal preference. Take your usual Champagne and pour it into a glass with some coconut rum and pineapple juice! Garnish with a slice of pineapple (or an orange slice!)

Beachside Peach

  • A shot of Smirnoff Peach

  • A shot of Pineapple Juice

  • A shot of Cranberry Juice

  • A dash of Lime Juice

  • 2 oz of Ginger Ale

Combine the alcohol in a shaker with ice. Shake it up and strain into a glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a peach slice. Enjoy!

Strawberry Rum Sangria

  • 3 sliced plums

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

  • 1 cup of sliced cherries

  • ¼ cup of Chambord

  • 1 bottle of Rosé

  • 1 can of Sprite

Put the fruit in a pitcher. Add in the alcohol. Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Pour the Sprite in before serving. Enjoy.
