In case you haven’t heard, Money Heist, featured only on Netflix, is on everybody’s binge watching list. Part 2 to this two part mini-series was released this month and has social media buzzing about how amazing and well thought out it is. Originally, the series aired only in Spain, and was titled ‘La Casa De Papel,’ but since it was adopted by Netflix it has been translated and retitled as ‘Money Heist’ for English speaking audiences.

The mini series follows the story of a group of on the run criminals who were recruited by a man called The Professor to commit the largest bank robbery in history at the Royal Mint of Spain in Madrid. Throughout the series, you witness the elaborately thought out plan (they literally thought of every possible thing that could go wrong) brought to action and the struggles the robbers go through to try to escape with the cash. Of course, lots of obstacles are thrown in their way, including run ins with the police, rebellious hostages and conflicts between the characters, but you’ll just have to watch to see how everything turns out!

I finished this series in two days (binge watching at its finest) and every episode has you on the edge of your seat, rooting for the main characters every second. It is easily now on my list of favorite shows.

If you’re down for a thrilling, emotional roller coaster of a show, Money Heist is for you!

xoxo,
