Meet Campus Cuties: Mike Gray ’19 and Kyle Roberts ’19

This week’s campus cuties are Fairfield sophomores who know how to have a good time. Their charming personalities and impressive strength are sure to please, and they throw some of the best pregames in Claver. Meet Mike and Kyle!

Relationship Status

Kyle: Single and ready to mingle!

Mike: Ditto.

HC: Where are you from?

Mike: Long Island.

Kyle: New Jersey.

HC: When did you guys meet at Fairfield? What were your first impressions of each other?

Mike: We met in the dugout of the softball field in the middle of the night. He seemed like a quiet kid, but you all know the truth.

Kyle: He seemed like a sarcastic a**hole… after I got to know him, I realized it was true.

HC: Describe each other in one word.

Mike: Lanky.  

Kyle: Squid.

HC: What is the best and worst part about living together?

Mike: Best part is that I never have to worry about Kyle bringing girls back. The worst part is that Kyle makes the bed shake.

Kyle: Best part is that I always have a drinking buddy and the worst part is that he uses all of my lotion.

HC: How many pull-ups can you do?

Mike: The answer is that I can do more than him. (Kyle doesn’t lift)

Kyle: Do you want to test this out? (Explains why he can do more)

Mike: “Yeah Yo!.”

Kyle: “I don’t even care.”

HC: What is a typical night out at Fairfield like for you guys?

Mike: You couldn’t hang.

Kyle: I couldn’t tell you.

HC: Three qualities you look for in a girl?

Mike: Fit, funny, and focused.

Kyle: Smart, easy to talk to, and able to balance her debits and credits.

HC: What is the most impressive thing you’ve done to get a girl’s attention?

Mike: Showed her my CoD KD.

Kyle: Tried to gap a flight of stairs (both failures).

HC: How can a girl at Fairfield get your attention?

Mike: Tell me something I don’t know.

Kyle: Gotta make me laugh

HC: What is your idea of a perfect date?

Mike: Chill times, good vibes.

Kyle: Nice little wine and dine.

HC: What do you feel is your best feature?

Mike: Dance moves, for sure.

Kyle: My ability to zero in and focus on my academics. *laughs*
