Halloween is one of every collegiette’s favorite holidays to celebrate on campus. After waiting a whole year, we finally get to dress up for Hallo-weekend! It’s no surprise when our group chats start booming with costume ideas the moment October 1st hits.

If you and your friends still haven’t made up your minds, here are a few creative ideas you should definitely consider for a group costume this year!

1.) Greek Goddesses

Gold beauties all the way! All you and your squad need are white bed sheets, gold or brown belts, gold hair accessories, and gold face/body glitter to pull off this costume. If you’re wondering how to tie a Toga, check out this video here for quick and easy techniques.

2.) Deer

What a perfect way to incorporate some FU Stag Country spirit into your costume! Dress up in brown from head to toe with antler headbands. Finish off with face paint or makeup to craft the cutest Doe look.

3.) Cowgirls

Tank tops/plaid shirts, jean shorts/jeans, and bandanas are the basic essentials to “countrify” this look. No worries if you don’t have cowboy boots or a hat, simply style your hair in braids and wear any pair of boots you have!

4.) Professional Boxers

No one will even think about crossing you or your squad when in this costume! Nail down the basics of this look with sports bras and a pair spandex, or really any workout clothes. Tie it all together with black grip gloves and any inexpensive, satin robe. The squad will take girl power to the next level!

5.) 101 Dalmatians

Time to channel your inner Disney-lover! All you need to effortlessly put this costume together is white clothing, black felt fabric, some floppy dog ears, and face paint. Whoever decides to be Cruella de Vil can simply alternate pieces of red, white, and black throughout your outfit. Feel free to go all out on the hairstyle to fully emulate her unique look.

6.) Retro Fitness Gals

The 80’s are calling! Have fun with your squad by mixing & matching bright colors throughout each outfit. To really take this costume to the next level, pair leotards with leggings to emulate a classic Suzanne Somers. Don’t forget leg warmers and hair scrunchies!

Happy Halloween! HCXO, HCFU!
