Biggest time saver breakfast! This is basically a different take on your classic bowl of porridge….
All you need is:
· Oats
· Milk
· Fruit
· Cinnamon or honey
· A jar
Prep:
· Before you go to bed fill a jar up with 4 tbsp. of oats. Pour in the milk to reach the top of the oats.
· Sprinkle on cinnamon and mix this together with a spoon.
· Now start topping with any fruit you like. I use banana and berries, sometimes adding walnuts to finish it off.
· Close the jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
· By the time morning comes, all the ingredients would have had time to soak up some flavour and become a nourishing, tasty breakfast.
It’s that easy! This will keep you going till lunchtime and takes no time at all. So, there is no excuse: everyone has time for breakfast!
