Whilst we have seen those who stunned on Sunday night, the Oscars typically brought those that didn’t quite meet expectations and who underwhelmed with their looks on the night. We find it hard to believe that with the world’s top stylists at their disposal, these celebs could get it quite so wrong but there we go! We have chosen our 5 most dissapointing looks of the night.
1. Lady Gaga
Although we expect Lady Gaga to be eccentric in her outfit choices and generally applaud her on standing out from the crowd, we can’t help but feel that she simply forgot to remove the washing up gloves on her way out.
2. Felicity Jones
Poor Felicity Jones had a pretty rough night. As well as losing out on Best Actress to Julianne Moore, she failed to impress in her outfit choice. We can’t help but feel this is more ‘Runaway Bride’ than ‘Oscar Chic’.
3. Marion Cotillard
We thought it would be impossible to detract from Marion Cotillard’s enviable figure but this Chanel frock did just that and drowned the petite star in excess material.
4. Irina Shayk
We get it. You have a good body. We don’t need to see every little bit of it.
