Sweet Peach Tea Summer Popsicles

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Endicott chapter.

Popsicles are a beloved treat, that in the summer should have their own food group. The killer is how high in sugar they are, so try these sweet peach tea pops DIY (and have more than one!) Enjoy!

They’re super easy and refreshing. Want to make your own? Here’s how…

Ingredients + Supplies:

  • 1 M/L Peach

  • Sweet Tea (Homemade or store bought)

  • Popsicle Mold

  • Depending on mold, Popsicle Sticks

How-To:

  1. Wash and slice peach. Add 1-3 slices to each popsicle mold.

  2. Make a batch of sweet tea or use a pre-made store bought tea instead. Pour tea into popsicle molds over the peach slices.

  3. Next place the molds in the freezer for 30-60 min.

  4. After 30-60 minutes have gone by take the molds out and add the popsicle sticks then place back in freezer. (Its best to add them at this time because the liquid will now be hard enough to hold the stick up straight.)

  5. Once frozen, remove the molds from the freezer, run warm water over the molds for 10 seconds, pull the pops out and enjoy!

Mix It Up:

Don’t like peaches? Replace the peaches with lemon, mint or raspberry.

Don’t like sweet tea? Ditch the sweet tea and go with a green tea and add some honey.

Just feel like doing something different? Make Arnold Palmer Pops and mix tea and lemonade together before pouring it into the molds.
