Your (Eat Everything and Anything) Thanksgiving Outfit Guide

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Emory chapter.

When picking out our Thanksgiving outfits, we always have to keep in mind all the delicious food we’re about to enjoy – no one wants to feel squelched into a pair of pants. We all wanna look amaze, but lets be real, it’s no fun walking around in skinny jeans or leather leggings after you’ve eaten way too much of that apple pie. So, enjoy your pie! Opt for these comfy pieces (+some gorg nail options):

1)   Slouchy Pants: Emerson Thorpe’s Emilia Pants ($198) have a slouchy silhouette for an effortless, casual feel. They’re silk, so they’re super comfy and soft and its stretchy silk (win-win!).

2)   Shift Dress: Susana Monaco’s Bri Layered Shift Dress ($190) is the perfect mini dress for thanksgiving. This jersey dress has an overlay and this layered look gives it a loose feel.

3)   Oversized Sweater: Zara’s Two-Tone Batwing Top ($69.90) is a thin, soft hooded sweater. The cream + grey is also a perfect Thanksgiving color combo. This long, loose fitted sweater is a must.

Once you’ve got your slouchy outfit on, you’ll need some cute nails! Here are some nails ideas for the upcoming holiday.

1) Jin Soon’s Jasper nail polish is a deep, gorgeous raspberry hue with super tiny pieces of glitter. Net-A-Porter calls it a classic take on a classic red. It’s sure to look perfect with your Thanksgiving neutral colors.

2) RGB’s Tropic polish which is a foresty-green shade. This color also looks great with neutrals.
