This past week I was lucky enough to attend a bloggers party at Fab’rik Emory Point. The owner of the store organized the event so that we could preview the newest denim line, by Spanx. Originally, I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about going. After all, Spanx is the frontrunner in shape-wear, and I had no idea how that would translate to denim!
Once I was able to try on the jeggings I instantly fell in love! They are one of the most comfortable pairs of leggings I have ever worn, but they really do look like normal jeans. The stitching is very detailed, and there are real pockets on the back, which I think is the make-or-break it part of a good jegging-to-jean translation. They come in two colors – indigo (which is a dark blue) and classic black – I got both of them because I was so in love!
The best part is that because they are a denim jegging made by the most well known shape wear company, they have that same technology! They slim you out and give you a nice and sleek line. Also, compared to other designer name denim, these are very reasonably priced!
