Stone Mountain is one of those places that you must visit before you leave Atlanta. Only twenty minutes away from Emory, Stone Mountain is a great place to go for a hike and get an incredible view of the North Georgia Mountains and Atlanta. The park offers a main trail up the mountain as well as many other hiking trails and activities.
The hike up the mountain only takes about an hour and is not difficult so everyone can reach the top and enjoy the view!
