T: What sparked the inspiration behind Pahwa Palate? Can you tell us a little bit about what it is?

A: PahwaPalate is a hybrid of a food and an animation Instagram. Moving to a different country every three years of my life game me a passion to explore hole-in-the wall restaurants with unique selling points. Combing my passion for food photography with my sister’s talent for animation I came up with a new idea. We animate pictures of fun food items and create animations with sound. https://www.instagram.com/pahwapalate/

T: What’s next for your business?

A: PahwaPalate has only been live for 9 weeks, my plan is to continue creating content and reaching more people. I hope to get to a stage where we can get requests to create animations for growing restaurants all over the world!

T: What advice would you give to the readers out there about starting their own projects?

A: Starting a new venture is not always easy. At times I felt discouraged and didn’t want to go through with the idea, but your efforts overall have more worth than the results. I would tell everyone out there to put all your effort in what you love and not to give up on it.
