For some, eyeliner is only worn on occasion. For others, it is a daily essential. Below you will find three of the most common eye types, along with the eyeliner style that flatters them. Find the one that matches your eye type and try out different designs.

Top and Bottom Pencil Liner

This eyeliner is used mostly for almond shaped eyes. It brings out the eye shape and dramatizes any look.  Some line only the top, and others line only the bottom. Either way, pencil liner brings out shape and features within the eye. Clinique makes a pencil liner specifically for lining the tops and bottoms of eyes.

Winged Liner

This style works well with any eye shape and has become much more popular over the past few months. Winged liner varies, however Physicians Formula has created the perfect marker for any look. It can be found at any CVS store, or online at CVS.com.

Waterline Liner

Waterline eyeliner is used specifically on those who have larger, downward facing eyes. It creates a clean, compact look that brings out color in the eye. Maybelline waterline liner is a great option to use for water lining. It can be found at any CVS store, or online at CVS.com.
