October 26th brought Boston’s most fashionable collegiettes out to The Estate for an evening of fashion, performances, giveaways, and more for College Fashion Week Boston. I was among the guests,which included correspondents and writers for many of the Her Campus chapters located in Boston, and was lucky enough to score a VIP seat!
The show was divided into five sections, and included giveaways throughout, as well as performances from Boston University’s all-male acappella group Dear Abbey’s, and Boston College’s Irish Dance Club.
1. You Snooze, You Lose: Real Sports Club/LA trainers accompanied the models onstage, all outfitted in Fila workout gear to show off their moves.
2. Go to Class? I am Class: Adorable desk accessories from Poppin and luggage from Samsonite accompanied the stylish school looks.
3. Werk It: We all know Her Campus collegiettes are goal-oriented, but who said you can’t be stylish and ‘werk’?
4. Twerk It: This section was all about getting ready to go out and twerk in the hottest clothes from Us Trendy!
5. Twerk or Treat: As a special 5th section for Boston just in time for Halloween, this featured easy and cute Halloween costumes.
