On Wednesday, April 8th, the Revere Hotel in Boston played host to romance movie fans and Blake Lively fans alike for a pre-party and screening of the upcoming movie The Age of Adaline. Before the movie got started, stylists from Salon Capri and makeup artists were available to give you a vintage inspired hair style and makeup. Once donned with bouffants, teased up-dos, wavy locks and of course red lipstick, movie-goers could accessorize with timeless scarves and sunnies in a photobooth. Also available before the movie showing were $11 signature cocktails and popcorn.
Once 7 pm hit it was time to head into Theater 1 for the advanced screening of the movie. Starring Blake Lively, Michiel Huisman and Harrison Ford, this timeless love story tells the tale of Adaline who is rendered ageless after an accident soon after the turn of the 20th century. I’d highly recommend seeing the movie once it hits theaters on April 24.
