With winter comes the pain of dry and flaky skin. We can moisturize and do several different face masks, but that isn’t always the solution! Here are three go to fixes to cure that dry skin.

1.) Exfoliate

Your moisturizer will not work unless you rid your skin of the dryness it is already dealing with. Exfoliate your skin daily or a few times a week to push away the dry flakes and leave skin smooth and ready for hydration. You can buy an exfoliator or make your own from sugar.

2.) Hydrate

Hydration is key. I don’t just mean the skin, but also the body. Drinking water daily is key to maintaining the skin’s natural glow and hydration. Start every morning with a big glass of water and continue throughout the day. You’ll notice a difference in your skin and body.

3.) Replenish
