What made you decide to study abroad in Barcelona? I wanted to go somewhere I had never been, and I wanted to do something different than a lot of my friends. I originally intended on going to London, but I am so happy to be here in Barcelona!
What have you enjoyed most about being there? I have only been here for about a week but I love practicing my Spanish and sightseeing the city with all its beautiful buildings. I am looking forward to travelling to Mallorca, Oktoberfest, London, and hopefully Iceland, Ireland, and Israel.
Rachel is also a member of Alpha Xi Delta and she is the President of Challah for Hunger at Elon. She loves being a part of the community and being involved, especially in these two things.
What do you like most about being a part of Challah for Hunger? I love the hour of bonding with the other members, and that its both fun and for a good cause; feeding the hungry, what’s better than that?!
