How long have you been a dancer?
I have been a ballet dancer for 14 years and trained 6 days a week all throughout middle and high school.
How has dancing affected your life?
I danced in every place I’ve lived so started in England then Florida then Boston. I danced with Boston ballet for 2 years and was a part of their big productions, but left to go to the Brookline Ballet school so I had more performance opportunity.
What made you decide to come to Elon?
I had to decide if I wanted to take the professional dancer route, but chose to go to college and applied here early decision.
What made you want to be on the dance team at Elon?
I heard about the dance team and thought that it would challenge me to be a different type of dancer and thought that it sounded fun that we would dance at all football and basketball games.
Are you involved in anything else on campus?
Not right now because I am very busy with classes and dance team, but come spring I hope to go through recruitment and try to start working for The Edge magazine!
