  1. Always be comfortable in what you wear, both physically and mentally.
  2. There’s no sense in wearing shoes you can’t walk in. 
  3. The most comfortable and carefree outfit is a dress.
  4. Never underestimate the power of a scarf,
  5. it can change an outfit,
  6. and if need be, serve as a blanket.
  7. Never say you are bored
  8. because there is always something you could be doing
  9. and one day you will be wishing you were “bored.”
  10. If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t
  11. and sometimes you need to walk away, even if it’s the hardest thing to do.
  12. That’s a decision you have to make on your own.
  13. You don’t always have to make the right decision.
  14. Make mistakes. Lots of them.
  15. But learn and grow from them.
  16. You will change and it’s not a bad thing,
  17. but don’t change who you are for other people
  18.  because some of the most interesting people are considered “weird.”
  19. Sometimes girls are mean,
  20. but it’s often because they are jealous.
  21. Never act like you are better than someone
  22. because there’s always someone who is better than you.
  23. But still walk with you head high and shoulders back,
  24. because confidence is key.
  25. Sing and dance when you think no one is watching, even if it’s in the car,
  26. or on a truck because you don’t get that chance often.
  27. College is the time of your life,
  28. and you will find some of your closest friends there. 
  29. So, don’t waste time chasing boys wearing backwards hats,
  30. or any boy who thinks he’s better than you
  31. because boys aren’t worth chasing,
  32. dreams are. 
  33. If you don’t ask, you won’t get,
  34. and you won’t get anywhere in life without hard work.
  35. Even though you can’t always be the best at something,
  36. be your best,
  37. and be proud of what you do.
  38. There’s no use in complaining if something doesn’t go your way.
  39. Everyone is dealing with their own problems, 
  40. and how they cope with them shows their true colors. 
  41. No matter what you are going through remember, life goes on.
  42. You are alive today, so cherish that.
  43. Take in every second because you will never get them back.
  44. Bring snacks, even if it’s a cupcake,
  45. because you should count your blessings, not calories.
  46. Be thankful for everything,
  47. and handwrite thank you notes, even for the little things. 
  48. Always make time to call,
  49. because hearing her voice can instantly take you home.
