Pancake Day Goals: The Tastiest Recipes

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Durham chapter.

The 9th of February 2016 marks Pancake Day and possibly the best food-day of the year. So, we have scoured Pinterest and have compiled a mouth-watering list of the best pancakes of the stack.

For those of you who have miraculously stuck to your New Year’s healthy eating resolution, there is no need to miss out on the festivities. Although we have included some very indulgent recipes, many of these pancakes contain healthy ingredients, and some are even gluten, sugar and dairy free.

Forget the uninspiring lemon/ sugar/ Nutella toppings that you are used to, and prepare to feel hungry.
