With my limited free time (and time I spend procrastinating my work and midterm studying) I like to find new shows to watch. But sometimes, I’m in the mood for something familiar. Here are my 10 favorite shows to rewatch that always satisfy.
1. The Office- Do I really need to justify this one?
2. Gossip Girl- I love myself some rich New York City drama with the most beautiful actors and actresses on the planet
3. Friends- Friends has it all: the drama, the laughs, the cries, and arguably the best characters in TV show history
4. Parks and Recreation- We are so lucky that the producers of The Office created another show with so many of the same characters and the same kind of stupid humor we all love
5. New Girl- New Girl makes me laugh out loud, especially whenever Schmidt opens his mouth
6. One Tree Hill- The drama is unparalleled wow
7. How I Met Your Mother- You can’t go wrong with a little Barney Stinson in your life once in a while
8. Seinfeld- I haven’t watched this one yet, but it is an amazing 90s sitcom with some classic characters
9. Parenthood- obviously this one depends on my mood and my emotional stability, but shows about love and family get me every single time (Couldn’t put This is Us on here, because even though it’s my favorite show ever, I can’t put myself through the emotional turmoil it causes again)
10. Game of Thrones- I just started rewatching with my friends, and I forgot how much effort watching requires (no matter how many times you rewatch, it’s impossible to remember the names of every character and their family trees)
