March 16th, 2017 was Delaware State University’s 14th Annual Mass Communications Day. This was my first Mass Communications Day, it had definitely met my expectations. There were panels, two well-known people such as Stacy Evans Morgan and Howard French, a career fair specifically for our major, and a day full of opportunities. With attending, it had inspired me to keep at what I am doing and to not give up. I had made some connections while networking and their experiences had each taught me a different lesson. Overall, I had the great honor of attending the Master Class with Stacy Evans Morgan and the pilot episode we had created was successful! I cannot wait till next to see what it brings and I am proud to call myself a student of Mass Communications at Delaware State.
