How To Get A Body Like A Victoria’s Secret Model

NO CARBS, NO SWEETS, AND 24HRS SPENT IN THE GYM

That’s your new life if you want to have a body like a Victoria Secrets Model. I’m only playing. However, having a body like these models isn’t something easy. Since the Victoria Secret Fashion Show has arrived, these models have some of us rethinking getting a gym memebership asap. Here are what some Victoria’s Secret Models say they do to train for the big night. Some of these tips may help us out and if they don’t lets just admire these models bodies and dedication. 

 

Cindy Bruna

“It’s hard work, getting in shape for Victoria’s Secret. I have a personal trainer so it’s workouts every day at the gym in the weeks before!”

 

 

Jasmine Tookes

“I stay fit all year round but start to work out a couple more times per week in the month leading up to the show. I love doing squats! I’ve also been doing the P90x workout – it’s such a great workout. I like to work out seven days a week before the show, whereas I’d normally do three.”

 

Joan Smalls

“For Victoria’s Secret I work out more than usual – push myself a bit harder. I do Muay Thai kickboxing, and pilates too.”

 

 

Jourdan Dunn 

Not all of the Angels go the extra workout mile before the show. British beauty Jourdan Dunn told us: “I don’t really doing anything [to prepare], I’m really bad, I’m probably the worst. Cara [Delevingne] and I do nothing. We were saying maybe we should sneak in some McDonald’s and KFC and eat it front of the girl’s—but then we thought they might come after us or something.”
