How to with Sass: Make the most of Little 5
Katie Cassidy and Sam Wong

It is that time of the year once again. Time to break out your best neon frat wear, bicycles, and beverage of choice. It’s Little 5!  Some say it is even better than getting your Mon-on.  The sun will be shining, music will be blasting, and officials will be screaming at you to get out of the street. In the words of Effie Trinket, let the games begin—may the odds be ever in your favor. Oh, and don’t forget your helmet.

How to with Sass…How to bring out your inner kid

By Katie Cassidy and Sam Wong
April 20, 2012 - 10:43pm

With the rest of the semester moving at hyper speed, stress levels are at an all time high, especially for those who only have a few more weeks left in their college career and are without a job…and a possible soul mate. Please take a deep breath; it will all be ok! This is the perfect time to channel your inner kid and take your mind off all of the crazy “adult” worries of today. Here’s how:

1) Throw a temper tantrum. Yes, this seems so 15 years ago, but we all know you have pent up stress that is just waiting to explode. If you haven’t noticed the end of the semester is quickly approaching,
and if you’re a senior it’s moving at hyper-speed. You might be starting to freak out about that class that you kept say “oh that homework, reading, quiz, paper….I’ll just do it next week”. Sadly, there are not that many “next weeks” left, and do you really want to spend your last few weeks doing homework? Nope, so finish those assignments so you can join the DePauwty. Here’s how to live up the last month of school.

1) If you’re a senior make a bucket list now! Get all of your lady friends together and make a pact to finally complete a real boulder run, get asked on your first real DePauw date, oh yeah and after Easter eat as much Marvins as possible!!!

Spring is here! Unfortunately, so are tests, papers, course selections and job applications.

TIPS for survival:
1. Use the nice weather as motivation to stop procrastinating…the sooner you get your work done, the sooner you can enjoy the beautiful day. 2. Use bad weather to your advantage, as well. You’re not missing anything, so lock yourself in the library and cross tasks off your list! READ MORE

Before I continue onto my next article, I would like to address my previous blog which referenced flower-ins. My intention was never to offend any person or organization on DePauw's campus and I apologize for having done so. Okay, now onto the good stuff!
