11 Songs for Your Fall Workout Playlist

It’s hard to stay motivated to workout. It’s especially hard when there are pumpkin spice lattes to drink, carmel apples to eat, and pumpkins to pick. However, exercise is a great way to release stress and avoid the freshman fifteen. When I lose my motivation to workout, I try making a new playlist. It sounds simple, but it adds a little excitement to my routine.
