The Most Memorable Bachelor Entrances Ever

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Denison chapter.

Now that Rachel Lindsay found her true love, Bryan Abasolo, on the last season of the Bachelorette, it’s time for Arie Luyendyk’s turn. The 22nd season of the Bachelor premieres this upcoming January and features a familiar face. Back in 2012 during Bachelorette Emily Maynard’s season, Arie was runner-up for Emily’s heart. Now that ABC has officially announced Arie as the next Bachelor, let’s take a look at some of the most memorable (good and bad) first night entrances throughout the years.

It’s only fitting to start with the one and only Lucas Yancey from Rachel Lindsay’s season. His legendary “whabooms” will go down in history.

We all know Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are #goals, but we can’t forget that time Robyn Howard flipped her way to Sean. It was all fun and games until Robyn’s gymnastic skills failed and she ate it in the driveway of the mansion.

Remember that time Clare Crawley showed up pregnant when she first met Juan Pablo? That was weird. It’s okay, Juan Pablo didn’t end up with Clare. He recently married Osmariel Villalobos a couple of months ago. Sorry Clare.

As an ‘Aspiring Dolphin Trainer,” it’s only fitting that Alexis Waters would show up on night one dressed as a dolphin. She probably could have impressed Nick Viall more if her costume was actually a dolphin and not a shark.

Although Rachel found her soulmate with Bryan, she could have chosen Adam Jr. That’s right, not Adam Gottschalk. Adam Jr. The creepy puppet that lasted way too long for comfort last season.

And last but not least, Chris Strandburg. Hands down the most legendary entrance. I mean come on, who would turn down a cutie dressed up as a cupcake? Kaitlyn Bristowe unfortunately found her love with Shawn B instead.

Fingers crossed Arie finds someone that has as memorable of an entrance as the ladies and gents above.
