It is almost the end of the school year and everyone is more than ready for summer.  Whether you are graduating or just ready for your classes to be over, you are probably stretching the last of your motivation very thin.  Here are a few tips and tricks to help get motivated and finish out the year without hurting your grades and your sanity.

Plan Ahead

There may only be a few weeks left, but that does not mean you can just drop the ball and hope for the best.  You have to keep working hard all the way until you turn in your last final. To help keep you motivated to finish your last assignments schedule them all out, so you know when to do what, and nothing gets forgotten. Don’t forget to plan little things like coffee with a friend or a little road trip to have something other than school work to look forward to!

Take Breaks

Once you schedule out all of our assignments don’t forget to also scheduled breaks!  You deserve to reward yourself for all the hard work you are doing by giving yourself small 15-20 minute breaks in between!  If the weather is nice to take a walk, clean your house, look at your social media, every time you complete an assignment give yourself a little treat to keep you going.

Get Exercise and Sleep

It’s only going to get sunnier outside has the weeks go by, so don’t forget to keep up with your normal sleep schedule.  It is tempting to stay out with your friends when the sun doesn’t go down as early as it used to, but getting your beauty rest is crucial for crushing your last few finals.  Exercising regularly will also help keep you motivated, ask a friend to keep you accountable!
