      Exercising can be a great way to give your mind a break and focus on yourself. Try to make time for exercise in your busy schedule to help reduce your stress levels.

      Take time everyday to give your eyes a break from screens. Pick up a book, color, or craft instead of staring at your phone.

      Listen to music

      Put on your favorite album, sit back, and relax. Music can be soothing and induce a calm state of mind.
