Tell us a bit about your position on campus!

  • Being the president of Alpha Phi has already proven to be a great experience! It has given me a chance to connect with each member of my chapter as well as with the entire Greek community. I have learned so many skills that I know I will use for the rest of my life. I am so fortunate to not only be apart of this amazing chapter, but to be able to serve as their President!

What’s your best memory, so far, with your Alpha Phi sisters?

  • During recruitment camp, our entire chapter randomly started dancing and singing “Come on Eileen”. We then ran onto the lawn, continued dancing and cheering. The best part was, we convinced some of our members, including our previous president, Breezy, to jump into our moat! It was so silly, but is one of my most cherished memories as an Alpha Phi.

What’s your favorite part about being an Alpha Phi?

  • I love the sense of community. It truly is unique.I have over two hundred girls who are there for me no matter what. When I walk through our house, every girl I see greets me with a cheery “Hello” and a big smile. Being an Alpha Phi means I am surrounded by women who will support me, eat siracha covered popcorn with me, and inspire me to grow into a better person each and everyday.

What advice would you give to girls who are thinking about joining Greek Life?

  • I would encourage these girls to definitely rush, but to also keep an open mind during the recruitment campus! I never imagined loving being in a sorority as much as I do, but since day one of recruitment I knew I belonged at Alpha Phi and everyday since I have been grateful for the recruitment process.

What else are you involved in, either on campus or around Boulder?

  • I am a Leeds Ambassador and Employer Relations Ambassador at the Career Development Office. I am also in the Honors Business Program and am a Peer2Peer Mentor for three freshman. I also nanny two crazy kiddos.

If you’re not in class, where would we find you?

  • You could find me in the Alpha Phi kitchen snacking with all of my friends or if its sunny, soaking up the sun outdoors. You might also find me at SAE with my boyfriend and my guy friends who have become a second family to me.

  • During finals, you could find me in FishBowl with a huge Venetian Cream to keep me studying, or catching up with one of my six siblings who I love dearly.

What’s your favorite spot in Boulder?

  • Alpine Modern Cafe

What’s your dream job?

  • I would love to start a non-profit organization that helps families who have a family member suffering from cancer. When my Mom had cancer, we received so much love and support, I would like to make sure all families get the same treatment and support as we did!

Where do you hope to be in 5 years? 10 years?

  • In 5 years I hope to be working in San Francisco, exploring the city and focusing on my career.

  • In 10 years I hope to be starting my family and hopefully, beginning to work on starting a non-profit.

If you could have a dinner party with 5 people, dead or alive, who would you want to be there?

  • Ellen Degeneres because she’s hilarious!

  • John Krasinski because I want to be his best friend.

  • Emma Stone because I aspire to be her.

  • Betty White AKA my dream TV-star grandma.

  • My best friend, Molly Bedard.

What’s a guilty pleasure you have?

  • I could eat pounds of super dark chocolate!

Favorite thing in your closet right now?

  • My lululemon leggings which I wear way too often!

  • Coffee coffee coffee!
