It's heeeeeeere. Another school year has passed which means we all have a reason to celebrate, right? Columbia's annual Manifest Urban Arts Festival is the perfect place to celebrate all of the hard work, blood, sweat and tears that came along with the 2011-2012 school year.
What is Manifest exactly? Well, it's basically when Columbia shuts down and takes over the entire South Loop with street performances, art exhibitions, literary readings, theatrical and media displays and an incredible main stage show with lots and lots of music and free--yes, FREE food. It's pretty much the best graduation party out there.
And if you're not graduating or even if you don't go to Columbia, you are welcomed with wide open arms. Like art? Love food? Then Manifest is where you should be this Friday.
