Meet Raffinae KeyesBy April 7, 2012 - 7:56pm If asked to describe 20-year-old Raffinae Keyes, I would probably have to say: big hair, even bigger voice. Though Raffinae may only stand at about 5 feet tall, she has a knack for all things "big," including her win at Columbia's "Biggest Mouth" competition back in 2010 that brought out some of the best talent not just at Columbia, but in the city of Chicago. She won singing with a group called "Fighter" and wowed the house with a dazzling performance complete with a full band and back-up dancers. I'm s*** at most things besides writing,” says Adam Lawson, 22, fiction writing student and comedian. It all started in the 2nd grade with an "awful" parody of South Park that he and a friend wrote and titled "West Park." Daryn Alexus, 21, music business major, is purely an inspiration. “I know it's cliché,” says Alexus. “I just want to inspire people.” Just a year ago Alexus was shy and insecure about her hair, height and body type. “When I look at someone like Beyonce, I see how powerful she is as a woman.
