We love Thursday nigth games but they always seem to lead to way too much additional stress after a long day of classes and the ridiculous number of tests and projects we are all experiencing at this time in the semester. Luckily, Clemson was able to pull this one out in the end with a 34-20 victory, but we were all worried there for a few minutes. Tied in the 4th quarter was not something most fans were expecting, but thankfully the top ranked defense held it together and the 68 yard touchdown to Scott was the play we have been waiting weeks for.
The pictures from Winston Salem show a crazy amount of orange in the stadium in comparison to how few Wake Forest fans were there. I think it is safe to say that everyone is so excited for Deshaun Watson to be back this week against Georgia Tech and can’t wait for another victory in Atlanta keeping the team on the road to the Orange Bowl.
