Being a makeup lover in Sephora is extremely overwhelming. Out of all the aisles of shiny, glistening, pigmented products – which one should you choose? What moisturizer would be the best for your skin type? What highlight will give you the perfect glow? What brush do you need to achieve that airbrushed finish? Of course, reviews and videos on the best products at Sephora can help the cluster of products dwindle down, but one of the best kept (and most affordable) secrets at Sephora is their own curation of their own “favorites.” Sephora Favorites normally pop up around the holidays and have a broad range of kits – from hair care to lipsticks, to K-Beauty – but I have a few of my own favorites that I always pick up when they’re back on the shelves.

I’m always looking for a good mascara. The drugstore has some great options, but nothing quite gives that lift and volume like a high-end mascara. Paying 20+ dollars for a tube of black seems like a stretch though, especially if you haven’t tried it out. Considering most of the products included are already 20+ dollars full-sized, this is a fantastic deal and is always one I return to when I run out of mascara.

One of the newer launches from the Sephora Favorites collection is the Beauty Unmasked kit. Sitting at only 22 dollars for an 80-dollar value, the Beauty Unmasked kit features some of Sephora’s most raved about masks, from sheet-masks, to clay products, to a magnetic peel-off mask. Masks are my favorite beauty product, and I’m always looking to find new favorites. In this kit, the two masks that I am most excited for are the GlamGlow Supermud – a mask that targets inflammation and blemishes — and the Bosica Luminizing Peel Off – which focuses on reviving dull, clogged skin. For 22 dollars, trying these masks is another great deal, and even comes with a full-size Sephora brand Pearl sheet mask, which is nearly half the cost of the box on its own.

Superstars Everyday Must-Haves
New, fancy, inventive products are always nice, but sometimes, it’s best to go back to the originals. Though the most expensive box at 75 dollars, the Superstars box from Sephora Favorites hosts the best of the best of beauty products. Including cult-favorites like a full-sized Beauty Blender, Urban Decay’s All Nighter setting spray, and Yves Saint Laurent’s Touche Èclat Radiant Touch concealer, this box is the best option for the beauty connoisseur. I know for myself that I was wanting to try many of the products in this box, but could never push myself to buy the full-sizes. With 10 deluxe sized and 3 full sized items, this is what I believe to be the best possible deal for someone who either wants to grow their collection or find their new favorite product.
