Hometown and What You Love About It:
Washington, DC. What I love the most about DC: the top level of the Kennedy Center at night.

Areas of Study and Why You Chose Them:
Psychology and Social Work. I chose them because all my life I have known I wanted to help people but just didn’t know how until I came across two programs that really warmed my heart, one for helping the homeless and one for providing aid for victims of violent crime.

Favorite Movies:
Dead Poets Society, Les Mis, The Greatest, One Day, The Princess Diaries, If These Walls Could Talk 2, Imagine Me and You, Forrest Gump, I Am Sam, Remember Me, and many many more.

Favorite TV Shows:
Downton Abbey, Bones, OITNB, The Vampire Diaries, Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory, Monk, The Voice, Beauty and the Beast, Off Their Rockers with Betty White, Lie To Me, and Criminal Minds

Favorite Books:
Perks, The Fault In Our Stars, The Catcher In The Rye, The Host, Twilight, and The Hunger Games

Favorite Foods:
I LOVE Chickpea Masala!

Favorite Musicians/Bands:
Bon Iver, Iron and Wine, Sharon Van Etton, and Mary Lambert.

What is your favorite spot on campus and why?
I love to sit on the edge of the brick wall near the greenhouse which has a beautiful view of Pittsburgh at sunset.

Childhood Dream Job: Police Officer

Current Dream Job: FBI Special Agent

Why did you choose Chatham?
One of many reasons was because they have both the program I want and many students who are passionate about social welfare like I am.

What do you love most about being a Chatham woman?
The fact that I can be me; I do not feel the need to be anything but myself and neither do my friends. Also, I feel empowered and loved, which you can’t put a price on :)
