4 Plants Guaranteed to Be Found at Eden Hall’s Campus

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chatham chapter.

1. Rain Garden

These lovely bouquets of shrubbery and other various plants aren’t just for aesthetic pleasure, they also prevent flooding by absorbing water from rain and run-off.

2. Sewage Cleaners

Funky little plants aligned in rows in along the walkway. Wouldn’t expect these to be cleaning the waste water at the same time would you? Well guess again, because not only are they easy on the eyes, they’re the reason we can recycle our water.

3. Apple Trees

What farm is complete without an orchard? Eden Hall bears plenty of fruitful apple trees, free to be picked from by students and faculty.

4. Mushrooms

A oretty umbrella or decadent treat? Poisonous fungus or a result of reproduction from the workshops on how to grow your own edible mushrooms? Who knows?! They certainly add a nice touch of scenery to the already gorgeous landscape.
