1. Split a slice of Pittsburgh’s iconic dessert – the burnt almond torte – at Prantl’s.

When you’re done, go window shopping in Shadyside or Market Square.

2. Roam the stacks of the Carnegie Library.

Pick up coffee in the café, then spend the day picking out books for one another.

3. Hang out with the dinosaurs at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History.

Be sure to take an obligatory selfie with Dippy!

4. Hike in Frick Park.

Pack a thermos of homemade hot chocolate to stay warm!
