Between Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve, there is a lot to look forward to over the holiday season. So much to celebrate and so many reasons to indulge! With all the tempting food and drinks and cold weather discouraging a workout, you may need an extra jolt of motivation to keep yourself looking your best through the holiday festivities.

You know you’re going to be checking your phone and social media feed more than you’d like over winter break, so start following these five health and fitness gurus on Instagram right now to stay motivated through this holiday season and beyond!

1. Kayla Itsines (@kayla_itsines)

Kayla Itsines is sure to become your new Instagram addiction. Her account is filled with pictures of herself (and her amazing abs), her adorable dogs, motivational messages, and healthy foods. She has two 12-week Bikini Body Guides and her Instagram is filled with ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures from followers who have had incredible success using her guides. Go take a look through some of the transformations many women have achieved following Kayla’s plan and you’ll understand what I mean when I say, “Do it for the ‘after’ photo!”

2. Tone It Up (@toneitup)

Karena and Katrina, a.k.a. the ‘Tone It Up’ Gals, will have you wishing they could be their BFFs… and your personal trainers! These fun girls built an entire ‘Tone It Up’ empire with their own website, which is filled with nutrition and workout plans, recipes, and products they created. They are even the stars of Bravo’s show, “Toned Up,” and have lots of videos on YouTube. Their Instagram is filled with daily inspirational fitness tips and recipes that you should go check out right now. These girls will have you waking up in the mornings looking forward to their famous “Bootycall” workouts!

3. The College Nutritionist (@collegenutritionist)

Rachel Paul, M.S., R.D. is a dietitian and nutritionist, pursuing her doctorate Ph.D. at Columbia University. The “College Nutritionist” aims to “guide students through dining halls, dorm rooms & kitchenettes” and provides recipes, advice and tips geared towards the lifestyle of college women. The cucumber-and-cheese bites pictured above are just one of the many easy and healthy recipes that can be found on Paul’s website and Instagram account.

4. Kimberly Snyder (@_kimberlysnyder)

A personal favorite, Kimberly Snyder is a nutritional maven. Her focus is on fostering a healthier, more beautiful life through improving the mind, body, and soul. As a celebrity nutritionist and author of two books (with a third in the works!), “The Beauty Detox Solution” and “The Beauty Detox Foods,” Snyder has helped millions of people transform their health. She truly lives and breathes the lifestyle she preaches – and her Instagram account certainly reflects her philosophies, which “cover a wide range of topics in the areas of health, nutrition, beauty, empowerment, green-friendly living, spirituality, healing and much more.”

5. Izabel Goulart (@iza_goulart)

Um, who better to follow and get inspiration to stay fit from than a Victoria’s Secret supermodel? This Brazilian bombshell is known for being a serious fitness enthusiast and posting pictures and videos from her workouts and clean eating on Instagram. She also posts images of herself with her adorable puppy. If that’s not reason enough to follow Iza Goulart, her account also features images from her amazing travels and the fabulous outfits she rocks from the runway to the streets.
