If you’re a fan of indie music but don’t feel like trekking out in to the frigid Ottawa air to go to a live show, check out CU Unplugged! This is an awesome chance to see some underground Carleton talent right on campus. There will be about 15 different performances, ranging from acoustic guitar to rap to spoken word. There will also be complimentary tea for everyone and the chance to win some prizes. Starting this year as a part of Carleton’s CU@NIGHT program, this concert series may soon become a must-see event on your social calendar. It’s all happening in Rooster’s Coffehouse in the University Centre on February 9, starting at 9:30. My advice? Get there early because seats fill up fast!
