What does your daily routine look like?
My daily routine changes weekly due to my work. However, I try to go to the gym at 7A.M. then try to catch up on any readings or homework. Then I attend my last few classes I have left until graduation. I usually end my day going home to watch some Netflix. (No chill though lol!)
Are you involved on campus?
Yes, I’m currently an active member for Alpha Sigma Tau and a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success.
Name one crazy life experience that happened recently.
I cried at Rihanna’s Anti world tour and I’m not a big Rihanna fan like that. I started crying when she began her concert singing her song “Stay;” seriously, she gave me the feels! I had only gone because my Big Melissa (Sorority Big) had found out about very cheap $30 tickets she was going to purchase if I went with her. At the end though, I became a Rihanna fan.
What is your favorite place in L.A.?
My favorite place in L.A. would be the Los Angele County Museum of Art (LACMA). I don’t go as often as I’d like to but when I do, I can literally spend my whole day if I could. I always find something new in the paintings or different ceramic sculptures.
Who is your role model?
I would say my mother; she has definitely taught me what it is to be a young independent woman. I admire how she came from another country and was successful in being able to create her own home here in the U.S. Also, finding a way to create a great childhood for me and my siblings.
What is your favorite food?
I love pizza and sushi!!
Describe your dream date.
I’m not really picky on where my date would be. But, it would be nice to have a date at a Laker game front row seats next to Jack Nicholson lol. Just kidding! I’d rather experience a date where I can really make a connection and have a fun date. The type of date you find laughing at each other’s weirdness.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I get a bit anxious when I have to think about the future, but in five years I see my self finally being able to buy my parents the house they deserve. Hopefully by that time I have a family of my own. I see myself working in Nike’s Headquarters in Oregon in their Operation Management department.
What’s your favorite thing about Cal State LA?
My favorite thing about Cal State LA would be the people I’ve met. My college experience at Cal State LA has honestly been one for the books thanks to the great amount of unique motivating people I’ve met on this campus. This campus is enriched with such diversity and backgrounds; I’m glad for the friendships I have made.
If you had to listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I have so many but one that I would keep listening over and over again would be “Ordinary People” by John Legend.
