5 Valentine’s Day Inspired Cocktails

Celebrate this Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day with delicious holiday inspired cocktails ranging from decadent chocolate to bright fruity flavors.

1. Godiva’s Valentini

Ingredients

  • 1oz Godiva milk chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5oz Godiva white chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5oz Vodka

Directions

  • Add liqueurs, vodka and ice – shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and then pour into chilled glass – enjoy!
  • Optional: Garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry and rim your glass with melted chocolate, then dip into red decorative sugar or red sprinkles.

2. Red Velvet Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons cake-flavored vodka
  • 1 red velvet cookie, crumbled

Directions:

  • Blend ice cream, milk and vodka until smooth in a blender.
  • Pour in chilled glass and top with crumbled cookie – enjoy!

3. Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rum
  • 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Club soda

Directions:

  • Add sugar, mint leaves, lime wedges and a splash of club soda to a tall glass.
  • Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add ice to glass, then add rum and raspberry liquer.
  • Stir to mix and top with a splash of soda – enjoy!

4. Pink Fizz

Ingredients: (makes 1)

  • 1 scoop raspberry sorbet
  • 1.5 oz of whipped cream vodka 
  • A few fresh raspberries and lemon slices
  • Lemon sparkling water
  • 1 cup of ice

Directions:

  • Put the scoop of raspberry sorbet in the bottom of your glass. 
  • Top with the liquor, ice, berries and lemon slices. 
  • Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water – enjoy!

5. Chocolate Strawberry Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz strawberry vodka
  • 1.5 oz chocolate vodka
  • 3 oz strawberry puree
  • 1.5 oz half and half or milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions:

  • Add vodkas, puree, milk, and ice into cocktail shaker and shake.
  • Pour into glass – enjoy!
  • Optional: Prepare glass by dripping chocolate and dipping rim in sugar or sprinkles.
