By Austin Dlesk
March 21, 2014 - 12:00pm

A position of leadership, holding the power to make decisions is not a duty to be taken lightly. It is a commitment to go above and beyond the call of duty, and create positive results that benefit the students and facility. This is the duty that befalls people who hold administrative power within an educational institution. I had the opportunity to interview an administrator, who is in charge of the prestigious music program, here at Central Michigan University. By Natalie Town
February 25, 2014 - 8:34am

Mount Pleasant has been a place for music and celebrity culture throughout the recent years. During the school year of 2011-2012, the Wayside Central of Mount Pleasant opened their doors for Jersey Shore star Deena Nicole. Behind the Turntables: DJ AJT

By Katie Frankhart
January 28, 2014 - 8:07am

I had never seen anything like it before; 50 drunken college kids in one room, all under control and in sync with each other. Usually I hate all places that are crowded and unbearably hot, but this time I didn’t mind it. Something about it was so amazing to me, the way everyone moved together to the buzzing of the speakers. The bass of the music shook the walls, as everyone within them shook the ground to match the beat. The drunken bodies moved in sync as the music droned out the noise of the outside world. It controlled them in the most transcendent way possible, moving them like stupidly happy puppets. READ MORE
