Taking care of your body and your mind are vital to staying healthy during finals week. As many of us women who have normal to combination skin know, keeping your skin looking fresh and healthy when you’re stressed and run down can be a challenge. Here’s my daily skin routine that helps me stay glowing and allows me to de-stress by taking care of myself.
