	Meet Philip Roth: One of America's Greatest Novelists By Cameron Simcik March 8, 2012 - 5:14pm Philip Roth is one of the most critically-acclaimed authors of all time, and it’s no surprise he’s a Bucknellian at heart. While at Bucknell, Roth was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, pursuing a B.A. in English. After graduating in 1954, he went on to attain his M.A. in English Liturature at the University of Chicago.
